How we Advocate
Through Hope, Scholarships, A Helping Hand, and Fundraising
Hope
We implement advocacy by striving to give survivors of human trafficking a newfound sense of hope.
Scholarships
We do this by granting them scholarships as well as working with local organizations that can provide adequate aftercare.
A Helping Hand
Schooling is not easily accessible for most individuals and we like to be a helping hand by assisting them to achieve their scholarly and career dreams.
Fundraising
By establishing fundraising events and having generous donors, we allow our organization to reach a quality dollar figure before granting a scholarship.
How we bring Awareness
Our team recognizes this and has taken the initiative to start the conversation. With 2 credible public speakers, we’ve had…
Over 1.5 Million
Individuals reached
Over 100
Speaking engagements
We are always willing to speak at any event or occasion deemed appropriate for the conversation to inspire individuals to start having open and honest conversations.
How we Take Action
Our end result is action due to the ever-growing demand for change
Stopping Traffick is on the pathway to infiltrating legislation where action will be the leading factor in the conversation.
This includes local and federal agencies so no other victim will be told “Your case is going nowhere”.
We hope to change the stigma that victims are pinned so that more individuals come forward.
Most importantly, we hope to be the light for change.
As we shine light on these different areas of exploitation of human trafficking, it changes the world. And if one does not change the whole world at once, it changes one child’s life. One adult’s life.
And when you can help impact one person’s life- you’ve changed their world.
